IMU BALL 2013 - Primavera de mi vida was held on 19th April 2013 at HGH Convention Centre, Sentul, KL.

A wide range of facilities and assistance from staff members were provided by HGH Convention Centre prior and during the event, to ensure the event progresses and runs smoothly :

1.  LED Signage

The details of our event were displayed beautifully on the signage, serving as great guidance for all our guests.

2.  Photopost area 

Photopost area with customized background was provided. Guests were able to snap great pictures with this area during the reception.

3. Customized Banners

The hall was decorated by HGH Convention Centre with various colors of customized banners.

4. LED Screen with projectors

Large LED Screen and projectors ensure that guests sitting further behind were able to participate and know what is going on clearly.

5. Top Notch Lighting and Sound System

HGH Convention Centre has fantastic sound and lighting system, bringing perfection to every performance with the assistance of the large LED screen. Beautiful backgrounds were projected to further enhance the ambience and atmosphere for each performance.

6. Runway stage

International standard runway stage was provided as well. With this, our fashion show was indeed a success.

7. Time to rehearse

An ample amount of time was allocated for us to conduct rehearsals, using all the facilities mentioned above. 

8. Coordinators

A total of 3 supervisors were provided. One in charge of the sound system, one in charge of the lighting system and the other one coordinating the time to serve each course meal. 

In a nutshell, HGH Convention Centre has served as a perfect venue in the making of the event as a success. With such efficient assistance from the staff members and great facilities provided with much consideration from the management, it would be undeniable that it contributed to the smooth progression of the night. It was indeed a delightful event and we are highly satisfied with the service provided by HGH Convention Centre. Therefore, we would like to thank the management and staff members of HGH Convention Centre for your tremendous contribution and hospitality.

Nomination for Prom King and Queen

IMU Prom King and Queen Rules & Regulations 2013

ELIGIBILITY

The IMU Ball Prom King and Queen contest is open only to IMU students who will be graduating in the year 2013.

NOMINATION

Nomination can be submitted to the IMU Soiree 2013 facebook page via facebook message. It should include (name, batch, telephone number, facebook name, email address)

Nominations are open from 1^st of March 2013 to the 14^th of March 2013.

For those who are interested, kindly submit your name or your nominee's name, alongside with the required fields completed and send them to the IMU Soiree 2013 Facebook page through facebook messages. Registration is free.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest runs from 15^th of March to 18^th April 2013. This will be broken down into various phases:

•      “Photo shooting”

•      “Facebook 'Likes' ” (22^nd March – 28^th March)

•      “Photo shooting for top 10 Prom King and Prom Queen candidates (29^th March – 4^th April)

•      “Voting Period” (5^th April – 18^th April)

•      The Top 10 - Performance (19^th April)

Photo shooting

The purpose of the photo shoot is to allow nominations to be known and acknowledged. This would help votes during voting period.

PUBLICITY/PROMOTIONAL USE

By entering the contest, the contestants are aware of and consent that IMU Soiree 2013 has the right to use the photos, strictly for IMU Soiree 2013 promotional purposes on various social media, which include blogspot, Facebook, and the booklet.

VERIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION

The final 5 contestants will be notified on 18^th April 2013 through the IMU Soiree 2013 Facebook group. Prizes are not cash equivalent and all prizes are nontransferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

GENERAL RULES

•      IMU Soiree 2013 committee members are not allowed to participate in this contest, in order to avoid bias. If found in the nomination, it is instantly disqualified.

•      IMU Soiree 2013 hopes contestants will fully cooperate during the contest of prom king and queen, in order to ensure a smooth process.

•      Withdrawal from the contest is strictly prohibited.

•      Enjoy and have fun!
